A: Click the Start My Listing link in the Post Your Sublease section to the right. You can edit all your information and post your sublease!

Q: What is the difference between a sublease, sublet, or relet?

A: That’s a good question! Sublease is the common terminology used by college students when referring to getting their apartment lease taken over by another student. However, the actual legal term for this is called relet or sublet, which is the action of signing your apartment and all its liabilities over to the new renter. We highly recommend you speak with your apartment complex to obtain proper permission and fill out the correct paperwork.

Q: How much does it cost to post a sublease?

A: It costs $25 for a 30 day listing

Q: I’m a parent of a college student and looking for an apartment for my son/daughter, where can I do this?

A: Click the Find An Apartment search box above and enter the college name or city. Then you will be able to view all of the apartments that cater to college students in your son/daughters college town!
