We've all had to write a paper for class and it's no secret that most students want to try and hit the minimum page length as fast as possible. So we here at College Student Apartments wanted to share quick tips that have done wonders for us. What we do is just change all the periods in the document to 1 size larger than the text. This can add up to a few extra pages in seconds depending on how long the original paper is. Now to do this in the newer versions of Microsoft Word follow these easy steps:

1. Make sure you're on the home tab and select replace on the far right side.


2. In the find what box type a period.


3. In the replace with box type a period as well


4. Then click on format on the bottom left corner


5. Select Font from the drop down menu


6. In the top right corner select ONE font size larger than all the text in your paper/essay


7. Click ok, then replace all

This will add a few pages to your paper and you can get back to what’s really important, anything but homework!
