Please bring in the attached application completed and signed. Please include 2 years of employment history and 2 years of rental history. We will also need copies of 1 month worth of paystubs, copies of your Government ID, pictures of pets (if applicable). All occupants 18 years or older should be on the application.

The application fee is $75 for the first applicant and $30 for each additional applicant. Please bring in cash, certified check or money order. We do not accept personal checks. Application fees are non-refundable.

The owner would like to see applications with good credit scores, no bankruptcies, evictions, collections within the last 2 years. No late payments within the last 12 months.
