Tenant documented monthly income must be a minimum of 3 times monthly rent. One year
lease. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. First month's rent and security deposit due before
occupancy. All adult applicants over 18 who will be living in the home will be subject to a $50
rental application fee. This fee will cover the background and credit checks necessary for
consideration. See below for more details.

Household pets allowed with pet screening. Additional fees will apply.
A one-time, non-refundable pet initiation fee is required at the time of the execution of a pet
agreement. The FIDO score from petscreening.com will determine your fees.
Dogs and Cats are $100-$250 per pet

Criminal records must contain no convictions for felonies for crimes within the past 10 years
involving violence against persons, theft, damage or destruction of property, manufacture or
distribution of controlled substances and no sexual offenses ever.
