High Point is an established 55+ community located on Florida s nature coast. This 55+ central Florida golf community offers a community pool, shuffleboard, and tennis court. This manufactured home features a living room, dining area, kitchen with a fridge and stove, a screened lanai and a covered lanai. It also features a shed with a washer and dryer (for tenant convenience only), and ceiling fans. HOA application and approval required. Please allow up to a week for approval.
