Special HOMEOWNER stipulations;
1. Lawn care (mowing and fertilization) and hedge maintenance services will be provided.
2. If it is discovered that any pet (dog, cat, rabbit, etc.) is/are housed on the property, the rental contract can be terminated. If the tenant decides to stay, the rent will increase by an additional $1000/month to prepare for the subsequent cleaning and repairs when the tenant vacates the property.
3. The rental management personnel and property owner will have the right to enter the property on the first day after the last day of the lease for which rent was paid.
Example: If the lease ended on 31 July, the property manager and property owner will have the right to enter the property on 1 August, regardless of whether the property keys have been turned in or if the tenant had formally signed out. This immediate access allows for the property inspection to be done and the necessary cleaning and repairs can be started promptly to prepare the property for the next tenant.
