Private and Modern Westside Carson Complete Renovation . Ikea, Granite, and more

We took some classic cottages on the Westside of Carson and did a top to bottom renovation. All new IKEA kitchens with full size stainless appliances will provide the prep space and storage of kitchens twice their size. Updated stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, five burner gas range, microwave, and refrigerator with icemaker. Granite counters provide plenty of prep space and you can add a stool for casual dining. IKEA continues into the bath with an oversized vanity, plenty of storage and subway tile bath surround with sea glass accents. The floors are all a light oak, yes, it's a laminate but not the cheap stuff. These look real, have upgraded underlayment for a solid feel and are water resistant for kitchens and baths. We didn't stop there. We've upgraded the bones for your safety and comfort. There's new electric, new roofs, new windows, and doors and new HVAC. The HVAC is a real gem; modern energy efficient mini-split systems provide both heat and a/c individually controlled in each room. This is an individual freestanding cottage with no shared walls, not a duplex or apartment. It provides off-street parking, a carport and outdoor shed. It is located on a quiet west side street an easy walk to the restaurants and breweries of downtown. This cottage provides a nice fenced and private yard. Owner pays for sewer, trash, and landscape maintenance. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and $35/month water charge. Small pet considered with owner's approval. We do things a little different, we invest in our properties and find tenants that are proud to call them home.
