The HVAC is a real gem; modern energy efficient mini-split systems provide both heat and a/c individually controlled in each room. This is an individual freestanding cottage with no shared walls, not a duplex or apartment. It provides off-street parking, a carport and outdoor shed. It is located on a quiet west side street an easy walk to the restaurants and breweries of downtown. This cottage provides a nice fenced and private yard. Owner pays for sewer, trash, and landscape maintenance. Tenant is responsible for gas, electric and $35/month water charge. Small pet considered with owner's approval.
