This condo is pet friendly, but does have restrictions on type, weight and limit. There are pet exercise areas and you can also bathe your pet in the 'Pet Spaw' area! Pets are reviewed on a case by case basis. There is a $500 pet deposit with $300 refundable providing there is no pet damage. There is also a move in fee required by the association of $500, as well as a $500 move out fee. Security Deposit is $5600, and the association requires a separate application at a cost of $78, including REI's application at $45 per each adult applicant. There are 2 parking stalls underground. Carts are supplied for your use and are onsite and can aid you when you are bringing in groceries, etc. The Regatta offers some nice amenities such as a work out facility, comfortable gathering spaces that you can rent and a "spaw" washroom for your pet! Plus convenience is all at hand as you can find shopping and wonderful restaurants within walking distance!
