This is an annual unfurnished efficiency rental downtown. All rentals include basic cable & internet along with access to onsite laundry at no extra cost. Parking available for at least 1 vehicle onsite. There is a water/sewer/trash/recycle fee of $86 for one person or $115 for two people additional. Gas/FPL electric put in tenants name. All units are accepting up to a maximum of 2 cats currently with a non refundable pet fee of $500 per pet.
