Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.

Who doesn't love a wrap-around rocking chair porch? This is a pet friendly home and you'll want to invest your time enjoying the close by beach access and rustic charm. There are two bedrooms located on the main level (both have a Queen bed) and two more upstairs (one with a Queen and the other with 3 Twin beds).

There are two full bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen to complete this home, along with a separate dining room that seats 4! The kitchen table also seats 4 and there are 3 barstools at the kitchen counter.
