Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2024 - May 2025 only.

Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.

You can catch the sunrise, spot a pod of dolphins, or wave to the kiddos from the spacious balcony. Inside you will find sleeping accommodation for five, with one King bedroom and the second housing a Queen and a Twin. The top floor condo was just outfitted with new furniture, floors, and paint, so you will surely be happy to enjoy the renovated spaces.

The Sand Pebbles oceanfront condominium complex is located within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach Lake and Tiki Bar on the pier. The complex boasts two in-ground pools and two private walkways to the beach with outdoor showers.

Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
