Montview is located in Aurora and is very close to the Anschutz Medical Campus. This includes CU Health, Children's, VA Medical Center, as well as several other smaller facilities.
Our newly renovated, fully-furnished apartment units are roomy and stylish and all yours (we don't offer shared spaces). All of our units are newly renovated and boast full size appliances.
All utilities are paid, except for TV and phone services but each unit does have a smart TV so you will be able to login to your streaming subscriptions.

All floors require the use of stairs, even the first floor. This building has a shared laundry room which features brand new washer and dryers that accept credit cards.
Each unit is allowed one of our free off street parking spots. Additional parking is available on the street, which is also free.
Each unit has air conditioning, heating, and WiFi.
We use keypad access for all buildings and for each renovated unit.

Montview is an energetic and centrally located between many nearby attractions like Stanley Park, Central Park, shopping boutiques, and several food establishments! Adventure awaits you!
