Safeway is a 5-minute walk (1 minute drive) from our home. Walmart, Foodland, and Times Supermarket are 3 minutes away and Costco is 5 minutes away (cheapest gas on the island).

In addition, there is easy access to Waikele Outlets (7 min), Kapolei (15 min), North Shore (20 min), Waikiki (25 min), and Kailua/Lanikai Beach (25 min).

The basic rental rate includes free DISH cable TV and Spectrum WIFI internet. For your convenience, we can include all utilities for an additional monthly surcharge. Pets (small dogs) are also welcome.

There is a massive TV/entertainment system with built-in Netflix and a high end digital massage chair!

There is A/C in the king-size bedroom, queen-size bedroom, and in the main living room.

We can accept flexible lease terms depending on the situation, although preference will be given to long-term tenants (minimum 3 months).
