This can be Unfurnished or Furnished Rental with 29 night minimum stay and flexible lease terms (1 month to 1 year). The rent will be the same, regardless of furnished or unfurnished because there will be a large expense to remove furniture and put into storage.

2 gated private parking spaces but you can easily access with just public transportation... 25mins by train to/from the airport and then take the light rail or uber to this unit. Plenty of other public transport with scooters and bikes!
