A four-bedroom, four-bathroom house in the Colliers Hill development in Erie. Located near I-25, it is walking distance from the highly-rated Erie High School (9-12) and Sorien Heights elementary school (PK-Grade 8). It is 30 minutes from Denver; 20 minutes from Boulder. Nearby are miles of open space for walking, biking, including a mountain bike jump trail.
Collier’s Hill has two community centers each with a pool and gym that are free to use. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet with many families enjoying the central playground and park.

The house was built with eco-friendly materials and has an enhanced indoor air environment with a ventilation system that constantly introduces outside air.
