7001 West 68th Street is part of the Broadmoor Historic Ranch House District on the National Register of Historic Places. It has a living room, dining room, breakfast room, large family room, three bedrooms and an office (or possibly fourth bedroom). There are two bathrooms. One of them is at the end of a hall serving the office (or bedroom) and two bedrooms. The other bathroom is on the far side of the house with a bedroom next to it and a door that makes that room and bath private, though the closet is too small to call it a master bedroom. Actually, all the closets are small.

There's a sunny deck off the breakfast-room slider leading to a large, fenced back yard. We pay for the lawn to be mowed.
