We also regularly organize events to help build a sense of community with our residents. Park 25 has been owned and operated by the Peterson Company since we opened in 1968. Regular office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are conveniently located on the bus route for the University of Kansas, and we're only a short drive away from the best shopping and entertainment venues Lawrence has to offer. Though our standard leases run for 12-13 months, we offer a variety of short term lease options to help accommodate the needs of our residents.
