At Park 25 Apartments, we strive to provide our residents with an outstanding rental experience by offering a comfortable living environment, friendly service, and a combination of fun and helpful amenities. For the last three years, we've performed extensive renovations to improve the quality of life for our residents, including new HVAC systems for all 254 units, new windows and sliding glass doors, new balconies, siding and roof work. Our in-ground pool, picnic and grilling areas offer our residents a place to unwind, while our on-site laundry facilities help them save time and money while avoiding the hassle of a laundry mat and the cost of maintaining their own appliances. We also regularly organize events to help build a sense of community with our residents. Park 25 has been owned and operated by the Peterson Company since we opened in 1968. Regular office hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We are conveniently located on the bus route for the University of Kansas, and we're only a short drive away from the best shopping and entertainment venues Lawrence has to offer. Though our standard leases run for 12-13 months, we offer a variety of short term lease options to help accommodate the needs of our residents.   • A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Pet Rent is $25.00 per pet.
  • Dogs, cats, birds, and fish are the only pets accepted on our property. No pets over fifty (50) pounds when fully grown. Pets should be older than 6 months. Pet deposit is $200.00 plus a non-refundable $100.00 pet fee for one, and an additional pet deposit of $100.00 plus a $100.00 non-refundable pet fee for a second pet. Apartments with a NEW CARPET may require additional deposits. Two (2) pets per apartment will be allowed with a proper deposit.
