To access the Country Club amenities each occupant must purchase an ID from the Country Club at $25/adult or $10/dependent. The membership is covered by rent!

This home has 2 car garage and private entrance. There is a separate door into the 3rd bedroom.

The kitchen has a glass top electric stove and pass through bar into the living room. Refrigerator and dishwasher are included. The living area has vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, large windows and lots of light. There is a fireplace with a ceramic log gas fixture that provides some heat and great ambiance. There is a hallway laundry closet with washer and dryer included.

The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, glass door to the deck, large walk in closet and single vanity bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd bedroom has a walk in closet and window seat. The 3rd bedroom has it's own entry door, small closet and kitchenette. It's perfect for a home office or guest room.

The back deck is quiet and peaceful. Deer often visit the open space and it is very private. There is sometimes noise from the Bear Paw Activity Center mini-golf that is only open in the Summer and closes at 9 pm year round. There is a large grassy area across the street that is perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The common areas and front yard are professionally maintained and kept in great shape!
