Off the living room is a large bedroom with smaller walk-in closet. The full, master bath is off the bedroom and includes a brand new sink vanity.

The spacious kitchen includes an eating area as well as large pantry. Brand new modern marble looking counter tops throughout the kitchen and a brand new double bowl kitchen sink will help with meal prepping. Lots of cabinetry throughout the kitchen will also help store all your kitchenware. Appliances include: fridge and range. No dishwasher; no microwave. Off the kitchen is the (yes, large) laundry room with washer/dryer. The back door goes out to a small, fenced back yard.
