UPON ACCEPTANCE: Lease must be signed, and deposit paid within 48 hours of acceptance. A whole month's rent will be due upon move-in. If lease begins after the first of the month, a prorated rent will be charged for the second month of the lease term.
If a person who applied before you gets approved, you will get your application fee refunded. You would only get charged for your application if we have taken a look at it and declined or approved you.
