3. Send a separate email to the property manager applications4SPM(at)gmail.com with a copy of your photo ID, supporting proof of income documents and ANSWERS TO THE 6 QUESTIONS LISTED IN THE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (REQUIRED BEFORE YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE CONSIDERED).

4. After all applications have been reviewed and if your application is
selected, we will contact you to pay your application fee through PayPal
and schedule an in person viewing of the property and signing of the lease.

5. Once you have been approved, a live follow up Viewing will be scheduled,
and can be in-person or via face-time or google duo. If you decide to move
forward the Lease will be required to be signed after, as well as the
deposit given.
