I live here and have two dogs that will live here from time-to-time, but not always. They are Australian Shepherds! I have a room with a King bed for rent - bedrooms are on the second floor, have carpet, have a shared bathroom, and all come furnished. I'm still in the new-home stages of decorating so feel free to give me advice/suggestions or let me know if you'd like some other furniture in the bedrooms! The washer/dryer is also on the second floor. The common area is open-concept and includes a dining area, living room, and kitchen. There is a Smart TV for any streaming you'd like! I'm 8min from downtown, 10min from UNCW, 6min from the airport, 15min from New Hanover Regional, and 15min from Wrightsville Beach. Rent is $900/mo and I take care of the utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric, fiber internet, pest control) and even the common area consumables like laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The lease is month-to-month so you don't have to worry about your stay being too long/short. I just require 30-day notice. A bit about me: I'm a full-time college student at CFCC. I work remotely but most of the time I am not working at home. I am also a fitness instructor/competitor so that brings me away from home during the week. I go line dancing every Tuesday night and attend a hip-hop class on Fridays - come with me!
