If a pet will reside in the apartment, upon completion of the PetScreening.com profile, a Fido Score will be generated for each pet. The Fido Score determines if your pet is accepted and the applicable fees that apply.

To ensure the comfort of our residents and pets, please know we do not permit aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Wolf Breeds, Presa Canario, Shar Pei, or anything predominantly mixed with the aforementioned. Management has the discretion to limit other breeds and cannot permit inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals.
Applicants and Residents are responsible for the PetScreening.com Profile Fee.
Non-refundable pet fee $100-$500 and monthly pet rent $10-$40 is based on your pets petscreening.com profile.
Dogs must be under 55lbs and housebroken.
