Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.

The living room features a cozy sofa that can be converted to a king-sized bed in the evenings for groups that require an additional sleeping area. The well-stocked kitchen offers a generous amount of counter space for preparing meals. The primary suite with a plush king size bed, direct access to the deck, and a private bathroom overlooks the ocean. The hall bathroom is convenient for visitors and services the nearby guest room and a small washer and dryer set in the hall closet makes this condo a rare find. The second bedroom overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and is furnished with a queen and twin bed.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
