This second-floor condo with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms is located in a privately owned tri-plex features a large deck overlooking the sand and is only steps from the beach. This traditional style cottage has hardwood floors and cozy décor without all the frills and clutter. The large ocean front deck is great for relaxing or outdoor dining as it has a full-sized picnic table, rocking chairs, and the constant melody of the waves crashing in the background. While this is an older home the kitchen and furnishings are comfortable, functional, and the open concept living area makes for a wonderful gathering space.
