Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2024 - May 2025 only. Rental must be short-term between two to four months only.

Advertised rate is only applicable for stays within advertised date range and the stay must be 60 days or more for the rate to apply. Unit is primarily a vacation rental and must be rented at the nightly rate for stays under 60 days or during the summer season. Prospective tenants must complete an application and pass requirements in order to qualify for rental.

This adorably updated two story condo is located in the center of Wrightsville Beach. The main level of the condo offers a cozy living room with flat screen TV, a half bath, a kitchen with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, workstation, and endless charm. Just off the kitchen is a fantastic outdoor sitting area that feels secluded. The second floor of this condo is just as charming as the main living level. At the top of the stairs, you are greeted by built in bunk beds. here are also two private bedrooms, one with partial ocean views, and a full bathroom located on the top floor. There is shared laundry in the carport. The owner will provide filters monthly for tenant to change in unit.

Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Bunk (Twin/Twin).
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2-3 vehicles.
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Students, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
