This home requires a two-step application process. Prospects will first apply with Compass Property Management Group, whose application requirements can be found at www.compasspmg.com. The prospects then must be approved by CFPR. Applications can take 7-14 business days to complete both applications.

CFRP Properties requires all funds to be paid electronically through the CFRP Portal. All maintenance requests will be sent to CPMG. There is a sixty (60) move-out notice requirement. There is a $25.00 admin fee applied after each lease renewal is signed.

All residents are required to carry renters’ insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability coverage with CFRP Realty, LLC as an additional insured. The policy must be provided to CFRP Realty, LLC before move-in.

Failure to provide proof of renters insurance, or cancelling insurance will result in auto-enrollment in Roost’s The Liability to Landlord Insurance Program. You will be charged $14.00 per month for this program due on the first of the month. This program does not cover your belongings and only protects the owner and their assets.
